Visiting the Sun Singer in Monticello, Illinois at Allerton Park

Last weekend I went on an adventure to Allerton and Nathan Adhikari and I visited the Sun Singer. I've been to Allerton Park twice before this, but I was never able to go past the gates that lead to the Sun Singer. It was so peaceful and relaxing and I felt like I wanted to come back by myself and read a book in the sunlight, take a nap, and daydream. It's amazing how peaceful this place makes me feel.... and I don't feel that way very often. Thank you to Nathan Adhikari for these beautiful photos he took of me.

I love Mom's jewelry!

Ever since I can remember my mother and grandmother have given me their jewelry. They are a huge part my style inspiration and I wouldn't know what to do without them in my life! I thought I'd share some photos of me digging in my mom's jewelry at an early age! haha. I just find this so funny because I totally do this today when I come back home. My mom has a HUGE chest of jewelry I am slowly inheriting and I love hearing the stories about each unique piece and where she got it.
