Lately, my friend Nathan Adhikari has been asking me to call him when I felt like taking some photos, but it hasn't worked out just yet. He happily agreed to the shoot when I called him last Saturday, however, we realized we had a problem: he and I both don't have cars. Basically out of nowhere, my friend Charlie Lubeck waltzed in through the door of my room and I remembered that he had a car...
So, to continue the story, Charlie lets Nathan and I take his car to the sculpture park in Champaign. There was another problem, however. It requires a breathalizer. Yes, you must suck, blow, and suck once more into the breathalizer to start the car and keep it running. I was driving.. so if you can only imagine me blowing and sucking and blowing into this ridiculous device, I hope you are laughing out loud right now. It was one of the funniest days in a long time. Despite the obstacles, we managed to have a great day and got some wonderful shots.
