Vegan Strawberry Mint Peanut Butter Smoothie

Strawberry Mint Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe:
3 organic mint leaves, chopped
1 cup of soymilk, almond milk, or rice milk
1/4 cup of strawberries, chopped
a dollop of your favorite peanut butter
and blend!
I garnished the drink with a mint leaf and a strawberry. The amount of peanut butter you add will determine a lot of the taste... so I recommend only using a little bit to really let the strawberry flavor come through! I Think I put a little too much peanut butter for my liking in this one! XO!
