I love the Andrews Sisters too! My dad used to watch reruns of the Lawrence Welk show when I was little, and the Andrews Sisters were on it sometimes. :)

Aww, he sounds wonderful! :)

I love your trousers...and that suitcase, what a fun gift to get from a co-worker friend! :)

I love the Andrews Sisters, although I love Vera Lynn more! This is a darling outfit (as usual) and I'm so happy you've met someone new. Exciting times!

I love your outfit! And The Andrews' Sisters are one of my favorite groups... my favorite song is "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy!" I even made it a ring tone on my phone! :)

Hope you have a great rest of your weekend!

Thanks for the comment! My pics are usually taken right in my front yard. I have a couple of acres of land which is mostly all trees. And all the rain we've had makes it look a bit like a rainforest!

Hope you are having a great weekend! :)

Hi Polly!

I found you through your interview with Un Moment De Mode, and I absolutely adore your style! The trousers and veiled hat work together especially well - they make me think of a woman from the 50's who rejected her housedresses. Gorgeous!

I'm definitely subscribing to your blog - it's so quirky and fun and stylish, and I love making friends! :)

Cheers!
