How to make organic blueberry & mint infused water: filter some water in a pitcher, wash your blueberries and mint leaves thoroughly, add your blueberries and mint leaves to your water and set the pitcher in the sun at room temperature for about 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
I've been really obsessed with the combination of blueberry and mint infused water today. I love it so much! It's such a fun way to cleanse your body. I don't drink a lot of soda or sugary drinks often, so water is an every day drink for me. I love to make it more special and try out different herbs and fruits to spice it up. What do you like in your water?
love, polly

Ooo! This sounds so tasty! I think I'll have to try this Polly! I love adding lemon to my water. I don't drink soda or drink like them at all so I love finding ways to change water.

Just Let the Sparrows Fly
A slice of orange and a slice of lemon, or a stick of cucumber (I like my water like I like my G&T) :)
sounds great, can't wait to try it
That sounds delicious. I have never tried flavoring water with blueberry.
