I love the whole look, you are adorable. Black bean burgers sounds good. I'm not good with the kitchen, I have no idea how to cook, but I do love to bake. =) Have a yummy day.

oh man, i've always loved his voice--but i've only met a few other people who do, or who didn't have to "get past it for the purpose of listening to the lyrics."
there's something about it that just seems so raw and real, and i don't think his lyrics could suit another voice. :)
anyways, i love that cd too. good pick.

The quote at the top of this post is really so lovely! It is an uplifting thing to think of when you've been working hard at something, too. I sympathize with you about the cooking thing. I too tend to like eating the same thing all the time. The problem is that I'll look forward to it, so much so that then if I don't have it/try something different, I'm always so disappointed. :P

Also, your blog banner is so pretty!

beautiful photos and your bag is darling. I am the same way when it comes to restaurant food, I tend to stick to the same thing I always get because I know I wont be disappointed.

Lovely photos, Polly! :) I hope you're having a wonderful Thanksgiving (in a bar! hehe). I know where you're coming from with not really wanting to try new things at restaurants! If there is something I LOVE on the menu, I tend to always order it! I never change it up! Until I try what someone else ordered & really love that... and then I start to always order THAT... haha.
